Pretending it's Spring!
When I think of spring, I think of flowers and lace ("April showers bring May flowers"). After the major snowstorm in the Midwest, sometimes referred to as the "Snowpocalypse," my friend and I must have had the unconscious desire to dress for spring when we both decided to wear lacey, floral patterned dresses a few weeks ago. After some time shopping at the mall this past weekend, I realized just how prevalent florals and lace are amongst the racks of spring dresses and flirty tops. This is definitely a trend that I'm a fan of! I love lace because it feels so delicate and feminine, and flowers serve as a constant reminder that spring is on its way.
