Alex Erinn Try-On Haul

The first is this lace peplum blouse.  I've been trying to find one of these shirts for a long time, and finally found one that fits!  What makes this blouse different from others I've tried is amount of movement it allows.  The lace sleeves are not restricting, and the bodice is lined with a satiny material that is super soft.  I also adore this particular top because I can still wear a normal bra.  The stitching on the shoulders is thick enough that you can't see bra straps through it!  Comfy and sexy ;-)

I also found the first bodysuit I've actually loved!  I feel somewhat bad because I've sent back most bodysuits that my husband has bought for me because I didn't like the way they fit.  Bodysuits are nice because you can tuck them in and your shirt doesn't ride up, but often they feel too snug or aren't necessarily flattering (on me personally).  This one is great because it's a knit material with lotsof stretch and doesn't feel like it's suctioned to your body.  You can pair it with almost anything since it's so neutral, but the ribbing and buttons give it some character.

I also bought the heather grey striped romper.  Since I'm living in lounge clothes lately, this was a perfect choice.  It reminds me of a terry cloth material and can be worn as pj's or a simple casual outfit.  I paired it with a comfy cardigan and funky necklace to dress it up.  I also threw on the v-neck tie-dye sweater (since it snowed in Chicago today), which is made from a similar material.  I typically like my sweaters to be a little more fitted, but this one is perfect for lounging and would also look cute with a pair of skinny jeans.
